Are you looking for a summer reading challenge? The 52 Book Club’s 2024 summer reading challenge is here and you’re invited to “compete” and read your way through twenty-four new prompts! This year, we’re celebrating sport, global community, and the dedication, hard work, and talent it requires to become the best of the best… with this sport-inspired challenge!

How it works:
This challenge is made up of 24 reading challenge prompts. Prompts vary from “A flame on the cover” to “Fencing: Dialogue with witty banter. Touché!” Match one book to each prompt, getting as creative as you like, and start reading! (For this summer ’24 challenge, participants will read anywhere from 8-24 books, depending on personal reading goals. Books read do not have to be sport-related but can feature any genre or topic!)

The 52 Book Club releases a variety of challenges over the course of the year (including our 52 Books in 52 Weeks challenge, smaller monthly mini-challenges, and this summer challenge!) This journal is specifically created to align with The 52 Book Club’s Summer 2024 Reading Challenge.
